Vasse

Vasse is a suburb of the city of Busselton in the Southwest region of Western Australia, 10 kilometres west of Busselton and 240 kilometres southwest of Perth. A drive from Perth takes about 2 and half hours via the Kwinana Freeway. Its local government area is the City of Busselton.

High School students have the very popular Cape Naturaliste College which recently completed a $32 million, government-funded expansion in 2021. Enrolments have doubled since 2014, with approximately 920 students now at the College. There are also two childcare centres in Vasse.

The population of Vasse is estimated to be 2,853. Of the families in Vasse, 47.7% were couple families with children, 39.6% were couple families without children and 10.9% were one parent families.

Annual growth of the suburb is sitting at 32.6%. Based on settled sales as of 5 September 2022, the median land price in the suburb is $183,500 (reiwa.com.au).
