College Grove is a suburb on the southern outskirts of Bunbury. It is approximately 177 kilometres from the Perth CBD and takes just under two hours to travel there by car. Within close proximity to the Bunbury Hospital, South West Sports Centre, South West Health Campus, local shops and beautiful local beaches, College Grove is the ideal destination for affordable country living.

If you’re looking to build in this peaceful suburb, there are currently land sales within Trinity Rise Estate nestled on the banks of College Grove. These blocks are ideal for first home buyers, investors, or those looking to downsize and retire. Blocks are priced from $180,000 and range between 383m2 to 535m2.

If you love the outdoors, you’ll be glad to know that the developers at Trinity Rise Estate have plans for a large public open space on the southern end of the development, plus a walking trail through the native vegetation. This will enable the community to enjoy the environment without causing damage to the existing vegetation.
