North Beach is located approximately 16 kilometres from the Perth CBD and resides in the City of Stirling local government area. The population of North Beach is 3,410 with a density of 2,010 persons per square km. The population spread is fairly even amongst elderly singles, older couples and families, and established couples and families, who in total represent 43.3% of total residents.
