Cervantes

Cervantes is a coastal town which sits 198 kilometres north-north-west of Perth. You can drive from Perth to Cervantes in just under two hours, following the scenic Indian Ocean Drive.

The townsite of Cervantes is known as a fishing settlement on the west coast near Jurien Bay and Nambung National Park.

The Pinnacles is a must-see attraction, regarded as one of Australia’s most unique landscapes, as you follow the trail, passing thousands of limestone spires rising eerily out of the shifting sand.

Enjoy the many local beaches which dazzle with white sand and stunning reefs.

Head out for a spot of swimming, snorkelling, diving, boating or fishing and enjoy one of the many playgrounds for the kids too.

The population of this friendly town sits at around 500. Around 57.9% are couples without children, and 33.3% are couples with children.

Cervantes Primary School is local, and the closest high school is Jurien Bay District High School.

Average land prices sit at approximately $161,250 as of 7 November 2023.*
