Beachlands

Beachlands is an inner western suburb of Geraldton, Western Australia in the local government area of the City of Greater Geraldton. Located 420km north of Perth, driving takes around four and a half hours.

Situated off the coast, to reach Beachlands turn off the Brand Highway or North West Coastal Highway and head towards the sea air.

Beachlands contains a recreation ground and community shopping centre. Separation Point Lookout in the suburb’s southwest provides views south of Southgate Dunes and overlooking Greys Beach to the west and Mahomets Beach to the southeast. Families will find a local primary school, Beachlands Primary, and a nearby High School, Geraldton Senior High School.

The population of Beachlands is approximately 14,000. Couple families with children make up 32.7% and couple families without children make up 43.2%.
