Other schools located close by in neighbouring suburbs include Woodlands Primary and the all-boys, independent Anglican Hale School, accepting students from Pre-Primary to Year 12.

Another attraction to this popular suburb is the beautiful freshwater Herdsman Lake, that is pretty much right on your doorstep. The reserve shares the entire eastern border with the suburb of Churchlands, meaning you will always be within walking distance from your home to this gorgeous location.

Annual growth of the suburb is sitting at 16.5%. Based on settled sales as of 31 January 2022, the median land price in the suburb is $1,021,500 (reiwa.com.au).
