Sinagra shares borders with Ashby and Wanneroo and is nestled amongst Yellagonga Regional Park.  Residents in Sinagra have the best of both worlds being so close to wonderful parklands and the beach. A quick 15-minute drive will get you to Ocean Reef Boat Harbour and Mullaloo Beach, famous for its lookout and family-friendly waves.

Being close to both Wanneroo and Joondalup City, the suburb is well located to provide all the amenities you could need. Schools, medical facilities, sports, bustling foodie strips and great shopping! Lakeside Joondalup is about a 10-minute drive, or if you want something closer, Wanneroo Central and Carramar Shopping Village are less than 7 minutes’ away.

If you want to keep active, there are many options in the neighbouring suburbs. There is the Carramar and Wanneroo Golf Clubs, Yaberoo Budjara Heritage Trail in Joondalup, the Wanneroo Botanic Gardens and Mini Golf, Latitude Air for indoor trampolining and rock climbing, and plenty of local parks for some kick-to-kick or family picnics.

Working in the city means a short 30-minute drive to get to the Perth CBD, and if you need public transport, simply jump on the Joondalup Line from Joondalup Station, and you’ll reach the Perth Underground in just eight stops.

When it comes to primary schools, St Anthony’s School, Wanneroo Primary School, East Wanneroo Primary School and Hocking Primary School are nearby. High schools near the suburb include Wanneroo Secondary College, Mater Dei College, Lake Joondalup Baptist College and Woodvale Secondary College. For tertiary studies, Edith Cowan Joondalup campus is only a 10-minutes’ drive.

The population of Sinagra is 3,023 with a density of 1,424 persons per square km. The suburb is mainly populated with maturing couples and families at 28.2%, followed next by young families at 17.2%, and established couples and families at 14.2%.

Annual growth of the suburb is sitting at 5%. Based on settled sales as of 14 March 2022, the median land price in the suburb is $360,000 (reiwa.com.au).
