Landsdale is a northern suburb approximately 19km from the Perth CBD, within the local government area of the City of Wanneroo. In the late 1990s, Landsdale started developing from small rural lots into residential development, quickly evolving into the bustling suburb, it is today – with a mix of residential, commercial and light manufacturing areas. Landsdale is bordered by the suburbs of Alexander Heights, Darch and Wangara.
Landsdale is an ideal location if you want to live centrally whilst being surrounded by the best of what WA life has to offer – the great outdoors. Mullaloo beach is only a 20-minute drive, and there is also Hillarys Boat Harbour, Mettams Pool and Pinnaroo Point all within close proximity. There are plenty of schools in and surrounding Landsdale. Some of the primary schools include Landsdale Primary School, Carnaby Rise Primary School and Madeley Primary School. Other schools include Landsdale Christian School and Kingsway Christian College, both offering Kindergarten to Year 12. There is also Ashdale Secondary College if you’re looking for high school options. For pre-school, there is the Landsdale Early Learning and Enrichment Child Care Centre.
The population of Landsdale is 14,646 with a density of 1,734 persons per square km. The suburb is heavily populated with established couples and families, maturing couples and families, and older couples and families who make up 65.7% of total residents.
